TYPES OF RENDER
Sand and Cement Render
Sand and Cement Render is a cost-effective process to render brickwork, besser blocks and concrete.
Our method to prepare these surfaces requires a splash coat that is flicked onto the wall to create a course base for the render (mud) to bond to. This ensures the render does not lift from the wall also known as going drummy.
Sand and cement render is sponged giving a fine grade result. It is ideal for homes, retaining walls, fences, ceilings, internal walls and any masonry or concrete surface. And rendering of swimming pools too.
Acrylic Render
Acrylic Render is a pre-mixed render solution that ultimately cures quicker than traditional sand and cement render. This means you can paint your new render in 5 days.
Ideal for jobs that require scaffolding. Acrylic render is used on foam (EPS board) walls and overpainted substrates.
For the coating of blue-board, an acrylic/polymer material is used to withstand the movement this substrate commonly experiences due to heat and span factors. The acrylic render can be a fine or coarse finish.
Coloured Texture Render
There are various coloured texture products available to achieve a wide range of outcomes that each job requires.
We can apply the texture brand/finish that you require. Also we can provide sample boards and consultation of what might work best for your house/renovation to achieve the right system and texture.
